14-Day Return Window

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

We will accept returns only if:

* The item is proven to be not genuine gold as described.

* The item is proven to be gold-plated, gold-filled, or otherwise different from the listing description.

* The item received is materially different from what was advertised in the listing.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for:

* Buyer’s remorse.

* Change of mind.

* No longer wanting the item.

* Found a better price elsewhere.

* Personal preference after receiving the item.

Return Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

* The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.

* The item must not be altered, repaired, engraved, damaged, or modified in any way.

* All original packaging and materials included with the order must be returned.

Authenticity Verification

All returned items are inspected and tested upon receipt. Any item found to have been altered, damaged, switched, tampered with, or otherwise different from the item originally shipped will be refused and returned to the buyer.

Refunds

Once the returned item passes inspection and authenticity verification, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
